Ingredients Related Tips

8 eggs, 1 cup milk, sausage, scrambled and fried, shredded cheese, 7 slices of bread, cubed. Salt and pepper to taste.


Scramble sasuage in fry pan cook till done. Drain grease. Spray a 9 by 13 baking dish with nonstick spray, and add sasuage to dish. Add cubed bread over sasuage. Mix eggs and milk in bowl pour over bread and sasuage. Top with shredded cheese, bake till middle is set, and cheese is melted.
