Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casser

Ingredients Related Tips

2 cups white rice
1 can chicken
1 can corn
1 cup frozen broccoli
1 can broccoli cheese soup (or cheddar cheese soup)
shredded cheddar cheese (optional)


Boil the rice until it is cooked all the way through. Drain excess water when finished. In a large saucepan, combine soup, chicken, and corn. Make sure corn is drained first. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Microwave broccoli according to directions on the package until it is fully cooked. Add broccoli and rice to saucepan, draining both first. Continue cooking until heated all the way through. Serve and sprinkle on cheddar cheese if desired. Enjoy!
