ingredients
- 1 cup Mushrooms (however much you like)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1/2 cup of milk
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 oz Cheese (I used Cheddar)
directions
- Fry Mushrooms in the skillet with Butter
- Add Cream, Milk, Salt and Pepper and Stir
- Add the Cheese
- Stir until thickened
