From Scratch - Extra candy from those "variety bags" :)

ingredients

  • 1/3 C butter, melted
  • 1 C packed brown sugar
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 mini bags of Fun-Size Plain M&Ms
  • 4 Fun-Size Snickers, chopped

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Add in the egg; beat well.
  4. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  5. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in candy.
  7. Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray and pour in batter. Use a spatula to spread it evenly in the pan.
  8. Bake 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
