Basic Crepes

Yummy, super easy, delicous crepes! You can't put almost anything on em'!

Ingredients Related Tips

1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 cup Whole Milk


Blend everything together in a blender until a smooth, thin, batter appears. Then heat a 9 in. skillet on medium heat. Once your skillet is hot spray it with Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Then take a 1/4 cup and measure 1/4 and pour it onto the skillet. Keep repeating these steps till your all about of batter. Then, Voila! You got yourself some yummy crepes. Now the real question is... what should you put on it?

I really like this recipe and have used it a bunch of times, however want to point out that overbeating the batter will cause be too smooth AIR BUBBLES when you try cook it. everything else is good go though.:)
