Better than ON the burger - low carb without the bun, use Sausage if it's breakfast time :)
ingredients
Ground Beef or Sausage
Eggs
Cheese
Any other seasonings you like.
directions
Make a hole in the ground meat and cook in the pan for a few minutes over med-high heat, add seasonings, etc...
Then crack the Egg into the middle and let it cook for a few minutes.
Flip the whole thing over and cover with a slice of cheese (for a few minutes)
Knife and fork or throw it on a bun - Enjoy!
