Bacon Burger Egg Rolls

Portable and delicious!

ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Bacon, Cooked and Chopped
  • Cheese, shredded
  • Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Salt and Pepper

directions

  1. Brown your Ground Beef with your favorite seasonings, Drain the grease
  2. Add your Bacon to the mix
  3. Wet the edges of Egg Roll Wrapper, and place it down in front of you like a diamond (not square)
  4. Spoon Beef/Bacon mix into the center from "corner to corner"
  5. Top with Cheese
  6. Roll up from the bottom corner, once halfway rolled, bring in the "side corners" and finish rolling.  The wetness will make it stick.
  7. Deep Fry to your desired crispiness

- If baking: place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 325 for about 8-10 minutes (until brown)
