- Boneless pork chops (2)
- Pepperjack cheese 4 slices
- Cream cheese 2 teaspoons
- Crumbled dried onion rings (like funyuns, or TGIF bagged onion rings)
- Bacon 4 slices
directions
- Cut a pocket into the porkchop,
- smear the cream cheese inside 2 slices of pepperjack cheese per pork chop.
- Folded or crumbled and stuffed inside the pork chop
- Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each pork chop
- Spray grill with non-stick spray
- Grill for about 15 minutes, until internal temperature is approximately 150 degrees.
