Pepperjack & cream cheese stuffed into a boneless pork chop, rolled in crumbled dried onion rings (think funyuns), wrapped in bacon sliced and grilled.

ingredients

  • Boneless pork chops (2)
  • Pepperjack cheese 4 slices
  • Cream cheese 2 teaspoons
  • Crumbled dried onion rings (like funyuns, or TGIF bagged onion rings)
  • Bacon 4 slices

directions

  1. Cut a pocket into the porkchop,
  2. smear the cream cheese inside 2 slices of pepperjack cheese per pork chop.
  3. Folded or crumbled and stuffed inside the pork chop
  4. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each pork chop
  5. Spray grill with non-stick spray
  6. Grill for about 15 minutes, until internal temperature is approximately 150 degrees.
