pretty good. I added a bit of soy sauce and hot chili sauce to give it a kick.

Throw in some left over chicken, too. Sounds yummy.\r\n

just made it! great way to get some protein and veggies and a hot lunch..and fast! with minimal clean up!

You should put some kikoman stir-fry sauce in there.

for better results when stir-frying ramen instead of boiling the noodles soak them in cold water until they are completely soft then drain before stir-frying. this prevents the noodles from sticking together and the noodles are a bit more "al dente"

I absolutely love this dish! like to add seasoning salt it though, or just and pepper. But I'll gladly eat without either. (^_^)

lime(s), sprouts, meats, I like a fried egg (fried on both sides) with the runny yolk top. It also adds sauce to it yolk. Nuts, peppers, mushrooms, vegetables. Sure I'm missing some. Very versatile.

Sounds great. But if it's listed under the vegetarian section, it should be made with veggie ramen, not chicken. Chicken is vegetarian.

mmm, just got done making some. We didn't have any chicken flavored Ramen so I used beef instead, and winged it on the veggies. Some Worcestershire added some more flavor.
