Kidney beans

Canned Corn
Pasta sauce
Can of Diced Tomatoes


You can use as little or as much of the ingredients in this recipe as you want! Thats the best part! Dice your onions and peppers and saute in olive oil and minced garlic. While thats cooking, get a medium pot with lid and pour pasta sauce in along with minced garlic (I add about a tablespoon), add kidney beans, diced tomatoes and half a can of corn, add your veggies that you sauteed now. Let this cook on medium with a pot, stirring when needed. Put a pot on with water to cook pasta shells. Grate some cheese and add in to melt. Add in pasta shells once cooked and let cook for a couple more minutes. Goes great with garlic toast!
