1 lb pork sausage
4 heads of broccoli (chopped into 1 inch pieces)
1 package of Daiya Jack style Dairy free cheese wedge (sliced)
directions
Brown pork on medium in a large skillet. Steam broccoli until tender then add it with the cooked pork. Turn heat down to low and stir daiya cheese in with pork and broccoli until melted, then serve.
