Peppered chicken

description

Super delicious!

ingredients

-1 can of cream of chicken
-green peppers
-onion
-chicken (preferred chicken tenderloins. Chicken breast will take longer that 45 minutes)
-milk
-Lemon juice
-olive oil ( or butter, which ever you prefer)
-salt/pepper- to taste

directions

I a skillet, layer it with olive oil
Add the chicken and season it to taste * i like to add seasoning salt, pepper, garlic salt, and a touch of lemon pepper seasoning*
When you flip the chicken over, add the sliced
green peppers and onions,
poor the lemon juice over the chicken.
Wait about a minute or two to let the chicken soak the lemon juice, and then add the cream of chicken and 1/4 cup of milk
Put a lid over it and bring it to a boil.
once it starts boiling, bring it down and let it simmer for a good ten to twenty minutes

** I like to have mash potatoes as a side with this dish, the remaining sauce makes for good gravy!!

ENJOY
