ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken (whatever kind you like... this is all about the sauce lol)
    • I used thighs, deboned and skin on Chicken Breasts work too
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Pinch of salt

directions

  1. Season your Chicken with salt and pepper
  2. Pan fry the chicken in a skillet with Olive Oil, set aside for a sec
  3. In a sauce pan cook Garlic until browned
  4. Add Honey, Dijon Mustard, Water, and Salt to the saucepan and mix it all together
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the cooked chicken and stir around until coated.
  6. Thats it!!

Really good stuff! Next time I try this recipe, may add a little more Dijon Mustard (that's just my pallet think). also might thickening the sauce with something like Xanthan Gum, but that's an experiment for next time. Bon Appetit!
