ingredients
- 1 lb chicken (whatever kind you like... this is all about the sauce lol)
- I used thighs, deboned and skin on Chicken Breasts work too
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- Pinch of salt
directions
- Season your Chicken with salt and pepper
- Pan fry the chicken in a skillet with Olive Oil, set aside for a sec
- In a sauce pan cook Garlic until browned
- Add Honey, Dijon Mustard, Water, and Salt to the saucepan and mix it all together
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with the cooked chicken and stir around until coated.
