ingredients

1 tablespoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 chicken breast halves
1/4 cup lemon juice

directions

1 In a small saucepan, combine rosemary with 1/3 c water. Boil, then let stand for 5 minutes, covered.
2 Blend rosemary water, oil and garlic. Let cool completely.
3 Marinate chicken in mixture for 8-12 hours.
4 Heat grill to medium. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes on each side, or until a thermometer reads 165º.

Do you boil the water for 5 minutes or do you let it boil then take it off the heat and let it stand for 5 minutes? Do you strain out the rosemary for the marinade? Does the lemon juice go in the marinade as well? It never says when to add it.
