Very, very, very,.....just great

ingredients

1/2 tsp - Nutmeg
2 - Flour
1 lb - Ground Beef
1 cup - Chopped Onion
1 cup - Shredded Cheese (cheddar, American, Cheese Wiz, Whatever)
1/2 cup - Bisquick

directions

Heat oven to 400°. Grease the sides and bottom of a pie plate/tin.
Cook the ground beef and onion in a frying pan until brown; drain the juices. Stir in the salt, then spread onto the bottom of the pie plate/tin. Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix the remaining ingredients until completely blended, then pour onto the pie plate/tin.
Bake for 25min or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.

This is an awesome recipe! Although Im pretty sure i skipped the nutmeg and added finely chopped garlic and onion to the beef while i was browning it.

Good recipe! I Skipped nutmeg as well. Garlic goes into almost everything I cook.

other things are also missing from this. you cant just put dry ingredients on top of your hamburger mix..

i don't think the flour is necessary, because it also calls for bisquick which is a self-rising biscuit mix. i think i'll add some vegetables to it, too: a half can of peas or some corn and carrots would make it more well-rounded.
