Ingredients Related Tips

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 med zucchini
  • 1 med sweet potato
  • 2 turnips
  • 2 carrots    
  • 1 jar favorite pasta sauce


  • In pan cook your ground beef.  
  • While that is cooking use a veggie spiralizer - large noodle option- and make your "noodles" **I Used the ones listed above - but you can really experiment and make the ones you like best** 
  • Once beef is browned, add in a rinsed can of black beans, the pasta sauce of your choice and veggie noodles.
  • Cook for another 15-20 minutes over medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
