More Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

You can't eat just one... or two...

ingredients

6 TBSP unsalted butter
1/2 c chunky peanut butter
1 c sugar
1/4 c light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
1/4 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 c chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8 x 8" pan
  2. Whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
  3. Cream the butter and peanut butter together until smooth. Beat in the sugars until combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, scraping down the bowl after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  5. Stir in the flour mixture. Add the chocolate chips, stirring until combined.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 30- 32 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
