I just made this, and its pretty good! I microwaved it the three minutes, and it was a bit too dry, so make sure to adjust that.

you should add more sugar :)
04/08/11

04/09/11
Use hot cocoa mix, not cocoa powder- cover it in nutella as icing. Yum!
04/17/11
nope, your right. THAT... was pretty gross.

i just added more sugar, not bad :)

EWEWEWEW
05/11/11
This is literally the grossest thing in the world.
06/30/11
this was super easy to make, but it was so nasty! when it came out of the microwave it looked like it was going to be great, but it tasted like rubber! Don ever make this.
07/11/11
definitely wish i had read the comments before making it, i was on a wicked bad sweet tooth and this was DISGUSTING!!!!!
07/27/11
Made the cookies, as per the directions, then dipped the finished cookies in melted chocolate, they tasted amazing!\r\nFYI that they can be very crumbly, so youll be brushing them off your clothes.
07/28/11
i wish i could take a picture. this came out looking like a horrid disformed blob that shriveled up when i took it out of the microwave.
08/08/11
Decided to make HOT CHOCOLATE instead after reading these comments.
08/19/11
i really should start checking the comments first...i looked like cat vomit
08/31/11
DISGUSTING! SO GROSS! NEVER MAKE THIS, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!
09/15/11
Not worth making, pretty gross, and smells bad.
10/20/11
Well, it wasn amazing but, come on -- you\re microwaving a cake. The texture is a bit spongey, but the flavor wasn bad. I agree with another commenter, next time Ill just use the mix and make myself some hot cocoa.
11/29/11
i dont know what the majority of you did wrong, but i made this and it was DELICIOUS as good as any box cake. add more sugar and make sure you use hot cocoa mix not cocoa and put rum or vanilla in it for sure!! i reallly enjoyed it and made some fros

I love this recipe. I make it all the time. It is absolutely one of my favorite fast and sweet treats. I started out making it w/plain cocoa powder and then read about the cocoa mix secret. Soooooo much better!!!
12/05/11
DO NOT
12/08/11
I had no cocoa, so I doubled the flour, added lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, extra vanilla and rum. Good for a quick sweet treat
12/14/11
Use hot cocoa mix instead of cocoa and add an extra teaspoon.\r\nadd an extra Tablespoon of sugar\r\nadd an extra teaspoon of milk\r\nOnly microwave for 2 mins 30 secs\r\n\r\nThat made it pretty good
12/18/11
the texture isn exactly A+, but the taste is ok with the adjustments in the comments.
01/07/12
so i just made this and added all the comments, like more sugar, etc. and it was still horrid, I highly suggest no one tries to make this.
01/28/12
I used cocoa powder. I thought it was going to be good because it smelt like cake and looked like cake. However, it turned out to be super dry and hard to eat. The ingredients were cooked thoroughly, but it wasn't good. I will never make again.
