ingredients
4 eggs
2/3 cup caster sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Self-raising Flour
You can throw granulated sugar into a processor until "fine" if you don't have caster sugar on hand
directions
Pre-heat the oven to about 350 degrees, and grease cake tins
Beat the eggs for 5 minutes
Pour in the sugar and vanilla extract and mix well
Sift in the flour until combined
Pour into the Cake Tins
Bake for 20 minutes
Spread frosting/jam/cream/nutella (the possibilities are endless) over the top of one cake and layer the other on top of it.
