Quick easy breakfast pasta with cheese sauce and ingredients of your choice
ingredients
250 mL of penne pasta
5 mL of margarine
100 mL of vegetables (optional)
f.g. garlic powder or salt (optional)
1 egg
125 mL grated cheese
directions
1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil and cook pasta.
2. Melt margarine in a small frying pan.
3. Add veggies and cook until tender.
4. Add cooked pasta to veggies. Reduce heat to low.
5. Add eggs and cheese and stir until cheese melts.
