Great morning starter - you can use regular jelly too for a "kickless" muffin
ingredients
2 whole grain English muffins
4 slices bacon, cooked
2 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons red pepper jelly - for the kick - regular jelly works too
directions
1 Fry bacon and set aside.
2 Split english muffins in half and toast.
3 Spread each muffin half with cream cheese and then add jelly and top with bacon pieces.
