Ingredients Related Tips

4 eggs
3 teaspoons milk
salt and pepper
onion, diced


1 Beat eggs well.
2 Add milk, salt and pepper.
3 Stir in diced onion.
4 Place in microwave save dish and cook on high for 2 minutes.
5 Stop and stir.
6 Cook 1 1/2-2 minutes longer on high.
