ingredients
1 whole Pineapple
1/2 of a zucchini
2 cups of chocolate chips
10 individually wrapped string cheese sticks
directions
Chop pineapple into 1/4 inch slices.
Cut zucchini into very thin strips.
Melt the chocolate chips into a fine paste.
Pull apart the string cheese.
Lay the pineapple round on the plate. Place 3 zucchini rounds in a decorative manner on top of the pineapple, using the chocolate paste as an adhesive. Make the string cheese look decorative as well as it is lain atop the pasted zucchini.
Let the chocolate congeal for 3 minutes. You now have a lovely mix of exotic flavors. Enjoy!
