ingredients
1 jar Salsa (Mild, Medium or Hot)
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
l lb. Breakfast Sausage (Mild or Hot) - the type in a tube
directions
Brown sausage in skillet. Add cheese and salsa and cook on low heat until cheese melts, stirring often.
Pour into small crockpot and serve with taco chips. Keeps in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Better the second day!
