Italian Stew
ingredients
1 pkg Italian sausage (i use mild)
2 cans lima beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans stewed tomatoes
directions
Remove casings and brown sausage in a Dutch Oven, breaking it up as you go (I use a potato masher). Skim off any fat.
Open all 6 cans and dumb into pot with cooked sausage, including all juice. Rinse the cans with a little hot water & pour that in the pot, too.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
