This recipe is great for anyone wanting a good seafood dinner for around $5!
ingredients
- 1 (15oz) can of salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs oil
directions
- Heat 2 tbs of butter and 2 tbs of oil in a frying pan or cast iron skillet.
- Combine the salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper.
- Shape them into hamburger sized patties and put in heated pan with the butter and oil.
- Cook until browned on both sides (about 4-6 minutes on each side).
- Can be served over rice or in between hamburger buns!
*The recipe is also great if you add other flavors, such as cheese, diced jalapenos, or squeeze lemon juice in the pan
