2 slices whole wheat bread
1 dab of mango chutney, spread on one piece of bread
dijon mustard, spread on the other piece of bread
a few thin slices of turkey
2 slices of cheese
1/3 of an avocado spread across the top

Butter the tops of the bread and grill a few minutes in the grill. Of course, you could also just make it however you normally make grilled cheese sandwiches.
