2 English muffins, split in half
150 g ham, sliced
4 canned pineapple rings, drained
4 slices cheddar cheese

directions

1 Preheat grill to medium high.
2 Toast muffins until golden brown.
3 Top toasted muffin halves with ham, pineapple and cheese.
4 Transfer muffins to an oven tray.
5 place under preheated grill.
6 cooking until cheese has melted.
