Kickin and Punchin....in a salad
ingredients
1 can ( 16 oz.) peas, chilled and drained
2 cups diced Cheddar cheese
1/ 2 cup chopped sweet pickles
1/ 2 cup Bermuda onion, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, chilled and finely chopped
Salad dressing ( Roquefort, french or mayonnaise)
directions
Place peas in a large bowl. Top with cheese, pickles and onion. Sprinkle
chopped eggs on top of onion layer. Just before serving, top with salad
dressing of your choice and mix well.
