1 lb fresh green beans 2 cups water 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 Bring beans and water to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 2 Drain and set beans aside. 3 In lg skillet, saute garlic in butter until light brown. 4 Add beans, salt and pepper. 5 Heat through.
