Delightfully delicious super easy, super yummy.
ingredients
Around 3 lbs Red skinned potatoes
1/4 cup Olive oil
1t Sea salt
2-3T Rosemary
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Wash potatoes, leave skins on, and cut into bite sized chunks, then rinse.
Coat with around a quarter cup extra virgin olive oil (I use organic)
Sprinkle a teaspoon or so of sea salt and 2-3 tablespoons fresh or dried rosemary.
Mix well, and spread evenly onto foil lined baking sheet.
Place in heated oven and bake at 450 degrees until a crisp golden brown (at least 20 mins.)
Easy and delicious!
