Ingredients Related Tips

3-5 medium potatoes (with skin)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
seasoning mix (as much as you think is required)


1 Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2 Wash potatoes.
3 Slice into wedges (thickness is not important).
4 Add olive oil
5 Toss potatoes.
6 Add seasoning.
7 Toss potatoes.
8 Spray parchment paper or cookie sheet with oil.
9 Put potatoes on sheet.
10 Bake for 20 -30 minutes.
