Ingredients Related Tips

Olive oil
fixins - optional


Pre-heat the oven to 375
Rinse potatoes under the sink
Using a fork - pierce the potato 2-3 times per side
Brush Potato with olive oil - (makes the skin crispy)
Sprinkle with salt
Place them directly on the middle rack of the oven. I like to place a foil lined baking sheet underneath just in case anything drips off of the potatoes.
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a fork is able to pierce the potato with little resistance.

You should use Kosher salt- not table salt
