Potato Onion Mushroom Bake

Yep... it's as simple as it gets!

ingredients

  • 50 oz potatoes
  • 7 oz mushrooms
  • 3 onions
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

directions

  1. Peel potatoes. Cut into rings, potatoes, mushrooms and onions, season and mix well.
  2. Put seasoned potatoes, mushrooms and onions in the glass dish and add 1 cup water.
  3. Heat the oven and put dish in it on 400 F.
  4. Mix again all potatoes, mushrooms and onions after 15 minutes.
  5. Return dish in oven, for another 15 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.

This one is great and simple (and vegetarian). I've made it a few times I tend to leave in the oven bit longer (45-60 mins) just get potatoes really nice soft, whole thing melts your mouth.

What do you with the olive oil?
