Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Not sure why Brussels Sprouts have such a bad wrap with kids... they're so good!!

ingredients

  • 1lb Brussels Sprouts
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

directions

  1. Slice the ends off all the brussels sprouts and cut each one in half
  2. Toss in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray.
  4. Spread the brussels sprouts over the sheet
  5. Bake at 400F/200C for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through
  6. Remove from oven and serve!  Enjoy!
