Not sure why Brussels Sprouts have such a bad wrap with kids... they're so good!!
ingredients
- 1lb Brussels Sprouts
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
directions
- Slice the ends off all the brussels sprouts and cut each one in half
- Toss in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients
- Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray.
- Spread the brussels sprouts over the sheet
- Bake at 400F/200C for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Remove from oven and serve! Enjoy!
