Fresh Shredded Parmesan

-You can also use Romano if needed


Line a plate with parchment paper and sprinkle the shredded Parmesan on top, spread it out evenly

Microwave circles of shredded Parmesan cheese until they’re golden brown. (about 2 minutes)

Then CAREFULLY place the circles on upside down bowls; let them harden.


  • When the Parm is resting on the bowl, place a sheet of parchment paper on top of the cheese, and place another bowl on top of the Parchment paper to help form the bowl.
  • a tall GLASS also works well if you want a "deeper" bowl.
  • If the bowl breaks don't worry, they still make great toppings!
