You can eat them hot too, but they're good for a snack
ingredients
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 lb. small full Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
2 cloves of minced garlic
Salt and Pepper
Any extra veggies or seasonings you like are optional
I simply added Oregan, Roasted Peppers, and a little Parmesan
directions
Heat oil in a skillet/pan over medium-high heat.
Add all the other ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are just soft, 4-6 minutes.
I finished them off with a little Parmesan too :)
Put them in a bowl, cover and throw in the fridge for a couple hours for the flavors to really get in there.
