ingredients
cottage cheese (lg. curd) small size , small cool whip (thawed) , small can crushed pineapple (drained) , small box of orange jello. Can be doubled and can use low fat ingredients.
directions
combine first two ingredients mixing well; stir in drained pineapple, and stir in dry jello , mixing well. refrigerate for one or more hours and enjoy. Can be made a day ahead.
