Easy Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients Related Tips

  • 1 medium-sized head of firm cabbage
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Cut cabbage in 1/2, then into 1/4, then into 1/8
  3. Place on a baking sheet
  4. Brush a little Oil over the top (maybe a squeeze of lime)
  5. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes
  6. Turn the Cabbage, and brush again with Oil
  7. Roast for another 15 minutes (until a little brown) and serve
