Fried rice just like the restaurant makes
ingredients
1 1/2 C Cooked Rice
1 egg beaten
3 TBS butter
1 small onion diced
1/4 c water
3 TBS Soy Sauce
directions
Prepare rice according to package directions. In large skillet melt butter. add egg and onion until egg is scrambled and in very small pieces. add rice and stir to combine. combine water and soy sauce and pour over rice. cook until water is absorbed.
For a fast meal brown one pound of hamburger and prepare rice as above. combine and serve.
