ingredients
2 lb Green Beans
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Lime, juiced
Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 325 F
Toss the green beans in a bowl with garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt and olive oil.
Spread into a roasting pan and throw in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes depending on how done you like them.
Take out and dress with the lime juice.
You can also throw some ham, or bacon (obviously) - you'll be surprised at how versatile this is.
Great if you want to caramelize some onions and toss in the green bean bowl before you throw it in the oven :)
