Ingredients Related Tips

1lb. To 1/2lb. - ground venison (or beef or whatever meat you prefer)
• Jalapeños
• Goat Cheese - crumbled or chunks
• Green or Black Olives
• Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
• Pizza Sauce
• Store Bought or Homemade Pizza Dough


Make up meatballs and bake until browned on both sides - flipping once.
Sauce dough, add 1/2 shredded cheese. Put toppings on. Add other 1/2 shredded cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
