ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds ground meat ( i use turkey or pork )
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups mexican or italian cheese blend
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • garlic salt

directions

  1. brown meat ( use garlic salt to your personal preference )
  2. cook noodles as box directs.
  3. drain meat
  4. pour back in to pan on low to medium heat
  5. add cream cheese and salsa
  6. cook till it blends well together with out and chunks of cheese.
  7. stuff 1-2 table spoons of mix into pasta
  8. cover with cheese (use more if you would like)
  9. bake for 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
  10. serve 3-5 shells per person
