it is good and filling and low cost.
ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground meat ( i use turkey or pork )
- 8oz cream cheese
- 2 cups mexican or italian cheese blend
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 box jumbo shells
- garlic salt
directions
- brown meat ( use garlic salt to your personal preference )
- cook noodles as box directs.
- drain meat
- pour back in to pan on low to medium heat
- add cream cheese and salsa
- cook till it blends well together with out and chunks of cheese.
- stuff 1-2 table spoons of mix into pasta
- cover with cheese (use more if you would like)
- bake for 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
- serve 3-5 shells per person
