ingredients
1 lb. ground beef or sausage (0-3g)
1/2 pkg. sliced pepperoni (0-3g)
1 small can sliced mushrooms (2g net)
10 black olives, chopped (2g)
8 oz. shredded Italian cheese blend or Mozzarella (0-8g)
2 eggs, beaten
1-2 T. Dried minced onion
Salt, pepper, and other seasonings (such as parsley and oregano) as desired
directions
1) Press beef or sausage into 8x12 casserole dish or 3/4 of cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes and drain.
2) Layer half the cheese on top, then layer pepperoni slices.
3) Mix egg, vegetables, and seasonings together, and spread over pepperoni layer.
4) Layer remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for another 30-40 minutes.
