Easy dumplings!
ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 cup water
directions
Combine all ingredients. Beat with spoon until smooth. Drop by teaspoon full into boiling salted water. Cook until done, approximately 10 minutes. Drain dumplings and rinse with cold water.
Can be used in many dishes such as soups, or with pork, dumplings and saurkraut which is the main reason we make them :)
