ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- powdered sugar for dipping
directions
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with spoon until blended. Mix in vanilla and egg, then add cake mix. Stir until completely incorporated.
3. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll into powdered sugar
4. Place balls 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes or until set
5. Place on wire racks to cool
