description

ingredients

pack of raw chicken of any sort (thighs, legs, breast, etc) in small to medium package size,

1 egg,

1/3 cup of water,

pinch of salt,

pinch pepper,

cayenne pepper (optional) or season,

1 cup of flour

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

directions

thoroughly wash chicken parts, in a separate medium bowl or medium plastic add flour, egg, water and dried season combined together the chicken with fingers and not blender. Either this could be marinated overnight or used immediately. For best results overnight is preferably. Heat medium skillet pan adding vegetable oil on medium heat. Once oil start to bubble in pan add chicken. Some of the breading may break off but be slow when turning in hot pan to avoid this. Maintain medium heat to avoid overcooked skin and undercooked meat. The outer part may look cooked but check before taking out of pan by slitting with a knife making a small cut in bone area to see if meat is done. Place cooked chicken on a platter with paper towel underneath to soil some of the cooking oil off chicken. People have said my chicken taste and looks like KFC.
