Ingredients Related Tips

1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cups rice
4 cups water
taco seasoning, to taste
Salt, to taste
1 can of refried beans
1 can of corn, or any other vegetables


Put onion, rice, water and taco seasoning and salt. Boil until rice is cooked. Stir in the refried beans and vegetables. Serve and enjoy.
